David Andrew is the founder and president of Autumn Lane Advisors, a multi-family investment office based in Houston, Texas. Prior to forming Autumn Lane, Mr. Andrew was a director with Credit Suisse Private Bank and a vice president with Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management. He also worked within the investment banking group of Lehman Brothers, where he focused on the natural resources industry.

Mr. Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in finance and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.

Mr. Andrew has served several nonprofit organizations, including the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center (HANC), a 155-acre urban sanctuary that provides nature education. While president of the board, he spearheaded the organization’s efforts to create a $40 million master plan to restore and improve the HANC grounds following the drought of 2011. In addition, Mr. Andrew serves on the Texas Exes 1883 Council, an organization supporting the Forty Acres Scholars program at the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Andrew is married with three children. He and his family live in Houston.








Chad Brown is the founder and president of Pathhead Capital, an investment firm specializing in principal investment in cash-flowing assets (oil and gas, renewable energy, consumer finance and MLP). Prior to founding Pathhead Capital, he was the chief financial officer of all Lyda Hunt Bunker Trust – Mary Moreland Hunt subsidiaries, including Legacy Investments, Inc. and Hyperion Oil & Gas, LLC. In this capacity, Mr. Brown was actively involved in all investment and financing activities for the trust and its related entities. During this time, he pursued investments around the world, including North America, South America, the Middle East and Asia.

Mr. Brown currently serves on the board of PV2 Energy, a utility-scale photovoltaic solar project. He formerly served on the board of Foundation Windpower. Mr. Brown graduated from Harvard College with an AB in computer science and received his MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with highest honors.

Mr. Brown is married with three children. He and his family live in Dallas.

Monu Joseph has 18 years of transactional experience with private debt, venture capital, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. He has historically worked with technology companies as both a banker and a lawyer, but currently invests in a wide array of industries.

Mr. Joseph was a lawyer with Morrison & Foerster’s corporate finance group. He worked with Hudson Venture Partners and its portfolio companies, and in investment banking with CIBC World Markets Technology, Media and Telecom Group, based in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Joseph is the founder and managing partner of Emerald Crest Capital, an alternative investment fund specializing in private debt. He has represented or worked with real estate advisory firms, venture firms, private equity funds, hedge funds, investment banks, financial services companies and a host of multi-national corporations. He has extensive experience working with software, hardware, Internet, media, medical device and other life science companies.

Mr. Joseph received his BA from the University of California Santa Barbara. He received his law degree, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Iowa, where he was a member of the Iowa Law Review. He also has an MBA from Oxford University.

Mr. Joseph serves on the boards of Newlight Technologies, TrackingPoint Corporation and, as well as a number of non-profit boards. He is a member of the National Security Task Force at the Pacific Council on International Policy. The American Council on Germany, a transatlantic organization, and the Milken Institute of Los Angeles have both selected Mr. Joseph as a Young Global Leader.

Mr. Joseph is married with three children. He and his family live in Los Angeles.

Todd Van Roten is a managing director at Macquarie Energy, a subsidiary of global financial services provider Macquarie Group Limited. At Macquarie, Mr. Van Roten heads the Proprietary Natural Gas Trading group. Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Van Roten held senior trading positions at Constellation Energy in Houston and at Citadel LLC in Chicago. He began his career in project finance at Enron North America before moving to deal structuring at El Paso Merchant Energy.

Mr. Van Roten graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics. He was the John P. Gould Distinguished Fellow at the University of Chicago, where he graduated with honors from the Masters of Business Administration Program. His concentrations there were in analytical finance, econometrics and statistics.

Mr. Van Roten is married with one child. He and his family live in Houston.
